Full Professor of Economics and Business Management at the University of Turin, Ph.D. in Business Administration from Bocconi University, author of over 50 scientific publications on Management and Corporate Social Responsibility.
For over thirty years, he has combined his academic career with his work as a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor and is a founding partner of MV Partner, following a long experience at Zunino Studio in Turin.
Specialized in corporate consultancy, tax advice, management and administration of entities, and company and brand valuations, he supports entrepreneurial families and businesses.
He has held numerous positions as an independent director, chairman, and member of the board of statutory auditors, as well as a member of supervisory bodies for major national and international companies and groups. He is currently an independent, non-executive board member of Intesa Sanpaolo and chairman of the board of statutory auditors for DiaSorin Italia and Bolaffi.
